11-15-10   Mon  Day +19

Status: 8.5/10.  Nothing like having almost 1,000 white cells to make your day.  Feeling the best I’ve felt in some time.  Can swallow with no pain, and they’ve taking me off pain meds.

Events:  Doctors considering sending me out of here this Friday, but that depends if I’m off all IVs, can take oral meds, and eat a solid diet.   Of course we’ll still have to be in the Baltimore area for another month.  Lisa is looking for a corporate apartment.    If all goes well, I might be singing, “I’ll be home for Christmas.”

Comments:   It’s been a remarkable marathon run, and as they say at the 20-mile point, “You’re looking good, just half way to go.”

Looking forward to the second half.

 Love,

 -Bruce
